How to move reseller account from other host

I am planning to move my reseller account from some other host to you.
I'd like to move my customers accounts without downtime.
My question is:
On my recent account my service domain is mydomain.com.
Can i set service domain with you to mydomain.net, then move accounts from other host and then change my service domain back to mydomain.com.
Is there any other way to do this?
