Hsphere control panel load time

Hi, I have a site hosted with you www.homekeycy.com but whenever i access the Hsphere control panel it takes around 3 to 4 minutes to download the page and another 3 to 4 minutes to access anything in the control panel. I am located on the mediteranean island of Cyprus in Europe. Do you have any idea why the download times are so slow? I have no problem with the Jodohost site.

I am seeing about 12 seconds between clicking Login to the time the Control Panel comes up. I don't think your location has anything to do with this. It might be related to the win5 problems if you are located on win5 (as I am).
 
Control panel is totally unrelated to Win5 and there is no issue on Win5 post HD swap

Can you post a traceroute here?

i agree - sometimes the time it takes to modify settings or even enter a page is really long.

what URL to we tracert to?
 
OK, I am looking into this. What pages does this probably happen on for you?

The CP server is extremely fast so I am surprised to hear this
 
I also suffer from slow CPs. I often have to repeat the whole login process or first open and then close a cp window afer which I've to open it again or immediately refresh.

I first thought it may be my computer and connection, but I now tried various computers and connections in different locations and it's stil the same.

I also posted a ticket as I can't delete a VPS account from a VPS plan (which I also want to delete) because after submitting "delete" I first see a small progress bar in my browser which then stops and freezes for hours and thus doesn't finish the procedure. This is thus another CP problem which may be related to connection issues.
