Hsphere Support Center: Any way to turn it off?

Hi

We don't use the built-in Hsphere Support Center for our clients. But some still try to use it. Is there any way to turn that off so our client cannot access the built-in Support Center?
 
We are checking it and update you again.
Right now disable option "Can Make A New Ticket" in your reseller Admin cp, so that user can't open a new ticket from cp.
 
Sorry for jumping in but I just forward those hsphere reseller tickets to my non hsphere support system which has been a good workaround for me, just do it under the settings in the client support center
