Huge Log Files on Windows

How does everyone manage the log files on the Windows servers? I have a site which gets a lot of traffic and it's generating on average a 90mb daily log file. This is eating away my disk space and I have to go in and delete previous days logs every few days to prevent the account from reaching its quota.

I'm trying to avoid moving this domain to linux, but might have to. Any suggestions?

The windows log files are large, deleting them/downloading and deleteing them is the best way to get "rid" of them, zipping systemwide is not an option, I tried to zip just one users logs the other day, and it took an hour or so, of course it was almost 9GB of logs and set to max compress :(
