HVM12 has an issue in rebooting because of a drive with some problems, not the OS drive, or event one with any client data (we moved them), just the one that has the boot info. Working to get the server backup now.
Just realized I forgot to update this, it was resolved shortly after the 2nd post but we are working on moving servers on the node off to others. We will then rebuild it with Windows 2012 base instead of 2008 and replace all drives.
