If you are going to turn accounts off for "illegal activity", at least have the decency to tell me what the problem is and how I can fix it. Instead you've left me hanging with no service to my accounts, and no reason on why.

Is this normal? X( X( X(
 
I am looking at you account, and it is not suspended, and no user within it is either.

Can you PM more information here?

Such suspends normally are followed shortly by an abuse dept email, when they happen.
