Importing email accounts from outside JodoHost

I have spent a while looking through the forums, but didn't see anything about this. I need to import a group of email accounts from other hosts and also from an Exchange (5.5) server. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this and does anyone have any experience with something like this here? Any insights would be appreciated.

All MANual (as in manpower), don't know of any other import method.

You mean exchange 5.5 servers still exist?

Thanks for the fast reply. I suspected as much.

And, yes there are plenty of old Exhange 5.5 servers out there, but then that is why we are moving them off theirs and onto JH. 8)
