Support has answered two of your tickets one received few minutes ago another about half an hour ago.
From your earlier ticket Support did not understand what was the issue. From new ticket we now know that it is related to account transfer from old servers to new.
To ensure smooth transfer of sites we have sent many reminders since Dec. 2003. We had requested all our customers to check the functionality of their sites.
Now files/database on old servers can only be accessed by IP's. Also server will not be available by tomorrow. We request all customers who joined us prior to Dec. 2003 check their website and let us know. We will try our best, however we have only limited time to correct any problem.
