Installing SQLEXPRESS

Hi friends,

I'm running an ASP.Net application and I'm using memberships. For this I have to have SQLEXPRESS installed on my VPS.

I downloaded the pack from MS site but when it was checking the system it showed a yellow "!" sign saying that my hardware has an incompatibility with that software.

Is there something I have to have in mind when installing or using SQLEXPRESS in my VPS? What could be causing this?

Are you sure it is hardware and not software?

There are many people doing SQLExpress on their VPS.

Do you have a VPS Value account? While I have seen it installed on here the RAM may be a bit low. that is the only thing I can think of that may throw an 'hardware' requirements too low

Well, actually I just ignored that warning and went ahead. No problems so far.

I'm just attaching the ASPNETDB database now.
