Internal emails between internal Jodo host domains not recieved

    We have also replied your support ticket now.

  3. I have a client who has been down all day. Sent a high priority ticket in but no response. Same problem as you, can't send emails from Jodo hosted site.

    Live Chat?.......Never got that to work......I think it's broken, or not set up

    our live chat? It's used all hours of the day and night on main page, works really well!

    I've been clicking the Chat button on the Support Ticket page......and that always gives this message:
    Unfortunately, our staff are currently unavailable.
    If you would like to contact us, please fill in your details below:

    But I tried the Chat on the home page and that WORKS!!

    Maybe you could link the Chat button on the Support page to that Chat......
