IP Address For Reseller Email

I have an account principal1.com

I have the domain manager at network solutions. I put in an MX record for mail.principal1.com with 66.36.230.189.

No mail is getting through. Am I using the correct numerical IP address?

Yes, that is the correct MX record. It normally takes 24 to 48 hours for the MX record to kick-in. I suggest you wait this period out and if you still don't receive emails, let me know
