Bought a IPSCA ssl cert but have problem installing. I have my cert and install it in hsphere but i get cert untrusted error when using a browser to view my site. IPSCA emails mention root CA and CA A1 to be install too. i check with Live Support and they ask me to raise a ticket, did that and was ask to forward the cert to them for installation, did that and got a reply from support saying it is done. check site but still same error.
decided to post here as i do not know where i go wrong or what i did wrong and how to explain to support the problem. hope someone has experience with IPSCA cert installation on jodo share hosting and maybe give me some advise.
