Is email not working as well?

Is this part of the problem?

None of my daily newsletters has come in today which is a good indicator that email is not working for me.

Also I am not getting email replies from the forum.
 
i dont get forum notifications at the best of times...
but my emails seem to be partially working - on and off...
 
There is no issue with mail. We have checked everything and found nothing wrong with mail server. I also checked it by sending mails to my hotmail and yahoo account and got it instantly with out any delay. But if you are experiencing any issue with mail, please open a ticket and soon we will be back to you .

I agree but it is not like a website where we can just type in an address and know that the server is working. I did send an email from my hotmail address and it did come in (with a little delay). This of course doesn't mean everyone's emails are coming in. I will test from gmail and yahoo.
