Is there a Jodo Tutorial on setting up mail?

Like google has for setting up GMail with POP on OE and Outlook 2003?

Their tutorial is very good and explains forwarding, etc.

Ya - looks pretty trivial.
I wrote my own GMail/Outlook/OE tutorial at www.moveonhotmail.com

It was more complicated getting Yahoo mail to work on the client.
