Keep getting the error:

jmail.Message error '8000ffff'
The message was undeliverable. All servers failed to receive the message
/jmailtest.asp, line 10

Regardless of whether I use localhost or mail.mydomain.com.

Ticket #41092 sent

Is everyone sleeping at JH? No response to my ticket, no reply in the forum, no one on Live Chat. Geez.

Logan, we are looking into this issue

We currently have 4 people on shift. Live Chat continues to be a problem because sessions break making us appear offline.

Your issue will be resolved shortly. It already being looked into

If you're already looking into it, it would have been nice to have a reply to my ticket or a reply here over the last three hours.

I see you're also deleting some of my posts in this thread. I don't appreciate that either.

Logan, the reason ouur support is a little slow at the moment is that we are dealing with 2x the number of tickets in the last few days.

That should normalize within a day or two

Your Jmail issue is going to be 100% resolved permanently, please give us another hour and you'll never have to complain about it again

Sorry, you've lost all credibility with me. I expect this problem to be resolved, and I expect it will happen again. And when it does, this thread will have been deleted, loosing all evidence that you said it would be fixed once and for all.

Yes, because you always bring up irrelevant debates. I remember last time you complained about ASPJPEG not working on a dedicated server JodoHost shifted you to even when they went out of their way when your site was crashing their server.

Tell me another company where you get issues resolved this quickly?

The issue is with using localhost. We are investigating this. Please use mail.yourdomain.com (or mail.jodoshared.com). It will work perfectly. Stephen tested it as well:
