JodoHost.com down & ASP.NET MVC question

No jodohost.com is not down. We are here and working 24*7
Yes all new server support ASP.NET MVC.

Hi,

We weren't down at any point in the night :)

When such happens it is good to have this page bookmarked www.alertra.com then do the quick check in the top right, it will let you know if you are having ISP issues :)

I cannot access www.jodohost.com at all. I can ping and tracert it, but it won't ever resolve in my browser...

Though I will say, on my iPhone it is resolving :-(

I will check your IP you are posting from on the firewall there. I am about to join family for christmas celebration however, so it may be 6-8 hours before I am able to check.
on a normal day I'd already have it done before replying.

Thanks. Please let me know.

I've tried using TimeWarners DNS, Google's DNS, and my standard OpenDNS and none are getting through to your site. Which then prevents me from looking at mine... I think I need an IIS setting changed, but can't confirm until I see my control panel.

I am just about to leave but did do a check, it is working around the world otherwise so looks to be an ISP centric issue, if you send a ticket with the matter to us, maybe we can check it for you?

Understand... I SEE your IP, but when I get there... nothing is served up. A firewall problem (on your end) sounds like the idea problem. So from a simple ping and tracert check, your site is up from my box. But from actually viewing the site... no luck.

I'd love to submit a ticket... but I can't get to the control panel.

I really need an IIS setting changed, to enable the page routing feature of ASP.NET MVC. IIS, by default, is set to check if a file exist and return a 404 error if it doesn't.

I need that turned off:

i realize you can't see the site for emails so here is a paste:
