JSP Web app with Oracle database

I am looking to build a JSP web application with an Oracle database on the back end. Which hosting plan/options would you suggest? Let me know, thanks.
 
We do not currently offer JSP in our shared hosting solutions, you would need to look into dedicated or VPS
 
In other words, I would need to purchase a VPS plan and install all necessary Java/Oracle components myself and/or you guys could provide a dedicated server with such an environment already set up?
 
I see you have two managed server options, but I do not see any details regarding JSP and/or Oracle. Can you give me a high level estimate of setup fees and monthly costs for this type of environmetn. Thanks.
 
I am in support operations, I will have to let a sales dept staffer know of this.
