Link Point Payment Processing and Migration

Hey Support, Here's some help.

Our ecommerce sites at JH have been down for days now! Ever since the Migration. While we thought it was a SSL issue (which one was - thanks to JH's poor performance) we examinedx why we are not getting any sales on our sites!

Seems that with the migration to hte new cloud servers, JH failed to install Legacy drivers and DLLS.

So our processing doesn't make it to the card processors!

You need to install the LPICom DLL

available here...

If this post sounds terse - it is meant to be! We shouldn't have to trouble shoot this migration!
This is a very costly move for us! Just ask our clients.
 
We have register that file. Kindly check it and update that ticket if still facing any issue.
