Live Chat Problems

Well have been with Jodohosts for a couple of weeks now and rolling along happily. Now i have got used to the Cpanel etc all is just fine.

Just one problem is the live chat box. Before it used to work but since the last few days, it just shows a blank page or page cannot be found error.

Not sure if this is coming from my end or Jodohosts end. If its my end, any ideas what causes this small problem?

btw: I have disabled the popup Blocker.

raid, have you installed any tools that block ads, because I recently installed one and it added liveperson.com to the hosts file pointing to 127.0.0.1! That made it show wrong for me, might be worth a check.
 
Thanks Stephen, i think you may well be right there, as it points to 127.0.0.1

Will check that out. Indeed that was the problem. I recently installed a new hosts file that was responsible for blocking live chat. All in order now.
