Log files on win15 server?

    My web-site located on win15. The last log file produced for the server was on April 12. Since then - nothing. I created a ticket about it on April 14. But the they put it "on hold" and it is just hanging there for several days now.

    What's going on? Does anyone else have problem with log files?

    Oh, and the "funny" thing. Seems that the traffic quota is counted basing on the data from log files. So now my traffic counter just stopped. But, hey, may be those missing log files is a good thing - I can stop worrying about going over the traffic limit!:D

    the log files are still being made, but may need to be turned off and back on for your domain.

    We are maing some changes today and tomorrow as Parallels has released a new version of the stats programs.

    Yep. That's what the support told me to do in the ticket...
    ...and I am keep doing it every day ;)

    Every day I go to Web Options and turn off/on Transfer Logs and AWStats. No effect on the log files in my Logs directory.

    By the way, if log files are still being made, then how come my traffic stopped counting in H-Sphere?
