Login Name & Password work on Member Login but no longer on HSPHERE CP

Hi!

I changed our reseller URL to http://cp.domain.net:8080
per the step by step instructions.

Now when I click on the Enter Admin CP and then click on the login button, I am presented with HSPHERE control panel

http://cp.domain.net:8080/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP/loginname/

If I enter the same login name and password that I used to get into the preceding HSPHERE Member Login it says user not found.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I am at a stand still now.

Are you trying to access your administrative account through your cp.yourdomain.net address?

If so, to access your admin account, you need to login at https://cp.m****here.biz:8443/ then click the login icon there. the "change url" option in the instructions is only for your customers logging in. this is where your customers login, not you as an admin.

hope that helps.

Hi!

I am able to get to the Adminstrative Account Login.

When I press the login door icon, I am sent to the H-Sphere Control Panel. When I enter my administrative Login & Password. I get "No Such User".

Should I change the url back to the default?

Or am I missing something here?

Thank you in advance.

After you login to your reseller account, and then click the login door to enter your administrative account, you should not have to enter a user name and password. it should let you in since you have already logged in to your reseller account. Im not following what is actually happening on your end.

Have you tried clicking the "FIX" icon next to the door icon? I am not sure what exactly rhis does because I have not used it, but it says if you have trouble logging in to click "FIX"

Hi!

I figured out what was happening.
I have IE 6 set to high for privacy.
So I had to allow cookies for m****here.biz and for our domain. It is too bad that the m****here.biz site does not check for the ability to accept cookies and notify the user that he/she needs to enable cookies for their site.

Thank you for the help.
