Mail 9 some black listed

Hello Joe,

We've already made the request on both of the blacklists and as i can see now it is removed from one but still it is for the 2nd one(ivmSIP24). However, if you can update us the exact bounce back/error which was getting your client, than that will be more helpful for us to quickly removed the blacklisting from the second one too (if related).

Or may be possible that, the error doesn't happened because of these blacklist. So if you can update us that error on a ticket then we'll investigate the matter and will do the needful to fix the problem.
