The mail domain alias I have had setup for my customer has been working for over a year now and in the last week it has stopped working. All the email sent that is sopposed to be caught by the domain alias and forwarded to their personal ISP email address is coming back with the following error message
"Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.m****here.biz.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
<email address here>
Sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.1.1)"
Any idea why this would just stop working all of a sudden after having been working for over a year? I've not touched the settings yet - I need help on this ASAP as my customers business is down right now because of this.
(I should probably start a trouble ticket shouldn't I...)
