Mail Domain Alias

Hi,
I created a mail domain alias so that all mail to mark@ozsuper***.com would be directed to mark@super***.com. I beleive it worked for a few months but now mail to mark@ozsuper***.com is being returned. Can someone tell me where to find the info on creating mail doman aliases and if that is the right process to do what I want done? Thanks

It would be best to send a ticket for this, unless you want to delete the domain alias and recreate it.
