Mail not reaching AOL accounts

I have a client who is trying to send mail from their domain web mail interface to their personal AOL account. The email never arrives. This can be duplicated using a separate receiving AOL account.

I went through AOL's white list procedure, but the request was deined because: "you do not appear to be the owner
of the IP address(es) in your request." The IP I submitted was 204.14.107.174.

Anyone else have this problem?
 
Problem still exists and client is becoming very impatient. Ticket has not been updated in hours.
 
This problem still exists and is getting ridiculous. Please explain the underlying issue behind this. Obviously I'm not the only one having this problem.

I just received this from the client, who is becoming very frustrated.

As of this AM - right now.
Still seeing email fail to arrive at AOL accounts.

This seems now to be ** NOT ** working
half the time & working half the time...

I don't see any pattern to what works
and what does not work - sending to
my AOL account & my Boss's account.......

I am very confused.
