mail server blacklisted

Got calls from a couple clients complaining about getting NDR's saying the jodo mail server is locally blacklisted.

That is only webmail, sending via a mail clinet should not be an issue, we recently had to suspend some users that were sending nigerian bank fraud via webmail and it caused a few small blacklists(local blacklists mostly) to list it, and it has been resolved, but some are slow to remove.
 
Sending via a mail client isn't really a solution, as most people use the webmail. However, I do have them using RoundCube for the webmail, so could I set that up to use a different jodo SMTP server that isn't blacklisted? If so, which should I use. I need a solution ASAP, as everyone is pissed.
