Mail Server IP Address - AOL?

Hi,

My mail shots (all registered subscribers) keep bouncing on AOL. Now looking at the AOL postmaster guidance it says registering with them via feed back loop gives you a chance to apply to have the restriction removed.

My problem is they ask for the IP address of the mail server - now I can see jh-oun7am8b1dcf in the bounce from AOL, which I guess is the Jodo server - but what might the IP address be?

Thanks for any help

un7 would be unix7 i guess. That is a web server not a mail server.

The reason AOL is bouncing it because the web servers don't have a rDNS record. It isn't practical to have rDNS records for all our IP addresses.. The mail servers have rDNS records however

Simply send the email through our mail servers by specifying mailX.yourdomain.com as your SMTP server (X = mail server number)
