Mail Server not accepting username and password

2 of my mail accounts that I have setup in Outlook have started bring up a dialogue box requesting password. Webmail seems OK but this is affecting some clients too. It has been happening for about 20 minutes. Is there something wrong with the mail server. Both Unix and WIN accounts are doing it? Thanks
 
Rajneesh is working on it, I was aware of it as I was trying to check email.
 
Issue resolved. (I know for a fact as I got 3 emails during the period it was not accepting passwords and just got all 3 of them in)
 
I had this problem this morning but it went away. Just recently it started doing it again and I wasn't even able to check it via webmail. It just said "invalid username or password" every time. I logged into CP and once I changed my password I stopped receiving the Outlook errors. Was this a coincidence or did the password change fix it?
