Since a few minutes ago I can ping it but still can access my email....

Did the IP change again? My external DNS MX record is set to: 63.209.158.6
Can you and/or your team PLEASE create a list of people to notify when the mail server IP changes? I've had this same problem each time the mail server IP changes.
