Mail Server TimeOut issue

Due to a major goof-up by our tier-1 provider Level3 (they are one of the 3 ISPs that provide us bandwidth), DNS on our mail server IP was wrong configured by them. This lead to mail server timeouts while checking mail via outlook or a email client over the last few hours. Customers could however check email via webmail

This issue has been fully resolved. We at JodoHost appologize for the issue. Level3's DNS expert is scheduled to take a look at this issue on Monday morning to ensure such an incident doesn't occur again
