Mail servers are timing out for all my domains. I tried to enter a ticket but didn't get a response. I don't see it in open tickets too. Is it manually processed before being added to open tickets?
We sent all clients notice of this maintenance, and have provided up to the minute updates on the forums. however at this time they have all been up for a long time.
