Mail1 mail delay/spamming issue resolved

Mail1 spammer has been identified and account suspended.
For records, the mail delay issue noticed yesterday was resolved in 5 hours.

Reason - Many customers were sending out huge amounts of mass-mail and the spammer added some thousands of spam to it. This caused blacklisting of mailserver IP in multiple places and as an overall effect the mail queue got stuck. Queue was cleaned up yesterday to resolve the issue and spammer traced/suspended today.
