I have recently noticed someone is spoofing sending using my domain name. But, any person who knows email at all can see they are spoofs. I get tons returned emails because of this. Of course, they were not sent by my domain or even from our mail servers.
But, now I recently have gotten an email that says the Mail3 is on the blocked list of some spam filter. Can you please fix this? I must be able to send and recieve email reliably!
Here is the copy of the block notification:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail3.m****here.biz.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
