two drives on server's RAID10 array has suddenly failed. We are checking further. However it looks like we will have to do a restore here. Update will be posted soon.

Re: mail5 not responding

We have managed to get a copy of data from this server which should be max 2 hours old for few domains. Meanwhile we are trying to fix it still, and also have almost setup a new server. As soon as this new server is setup, we will start data copy from from our backups.

Re: mail5 not responding

fsck isn't finishing before bombing out, and isn't seeming to fix, on the other hand the RAID has rebuilt to 95% on its own, so that part recovered well and as designed, except that the data has problems in a small section of inodes that isn't wanting to recover.

Re: mail5 not responding

Files still moving to new in sync, and looks will still be a while for that as well, and we've had some progress in file scanning here, but it is still going. RAID is rebuilt at this point.

Re: mail5 not responding

We have mail5 working, however we are proceeding with the file sync to setup new server as well.

RAID went to degraded right before coming live, and we are working on borrowed time on current array in any way to look at it.

Re: mail5 not responding - working now, proceeding in migration as soon as possible

We have fixed a problem that affeced inbound emails for some domains.
Also IMAP service has been stopped on server for next 10 mins.

Re: mail5 not responding - working now, proceeding in migration as soon as possible

IMAP service been available for past 10 mins.

Re: mail5 not responding - working now, proceeding in migration as soon as possible

We have again stopped IMAP service temporarily for urgent maintenance.

Re: mail5 not responding - working now, proceeding in migration as soon as possible

Mail5 started auto backups, and a large mail queue built up due to it being slow to backup.

We tried stopping services and getting queue down without success.

We are working to bring the new server that is prepped up now.

Re: mail5 not responding - proceeding in migration as soon as possible

We are running a file sync between the servers now so mail services are down during this process. Will update as soon as we have an update.

Re: mail5 not responding - proceeding in migration as soon as possible

Data is still syncing, we are here, eventhough the main office net is down more than up right now!

Re: mail5 not responding - proceeding in migration as soon as possible

Data is in sync, now ensuring config's in sync and then bringing it up on the new IPs and will forward the old across.

Re: mail5 not responding - proceeding in migration as soon as possible

New server is up. We are now migrating IP over to new server.

Re: mail5 not responding - proceeding in migration as soon as possible

IP migration is still in process. Meanwhile we have redirected all services to new mail server. If SMTP doesn't works for you, please use port 587.

Re: mail5 not responding - proceeding in migration as soon as possible

mailboxes should be up for all, we are checking an issue that is existing for some with new external emails not coming into the mailbox.

Re: mail5 not responding - proceeding in migration as soon as possible

any mail hitting the new mail5 IPs directly is coming immediate, any that hit the old IPs are delaying and this is what we are working on.

Re: mail5 not responding - proceeding in migration as soon as possible

This has been corrected, and IP migration completed. However emails sent during this time may deliver with a delay.
