Mail6 blocking SpamHero quarantine reports as being infected

    Several of my clients use SpamHero for mail and virus filtering. Spam hero sends quarantine reports at set intervals. Clients with mailboxes on mail4 receive the reports fine, but reports to a mailbox on mail6 are blocked as being virus infected. This has been going on for a number of days now with no resolution.

    The client has virus and spam filtering disabled through the JH mail manager, and I would have thought that that meant all incoming mail would bypass any JH filtering, but apparently not.

    Help desk keep adding false positive rules with no success. The client does not need JH to scan any incoming mail as SpamHero does a better job at this than SpamAssassin. Couldn't a simple rule be added that allows all mail relayed through SpamHero to the client's domain to pass unfiltered?

    We have setup mail6 with same options as mail4. It should be resolved your issue
