mailbox [email protected] is over quota temporarily (huh?)

I have a client that was contacted by one of his customers and said they received the following email back when they were trying to contact them:

Code:
Reporting-MTA: dns; dspam1.m****here.biz
X-Postfix-Queue-ID: DEE557F9672
X-Postfix-Sender: rfc822; ???????@???.com
Arrival-Date: Thu, 5 Apr 2007 14:12:47 -0400 (EDT)

Final-Recipient: rfc822; ?????@?????.com
Original-Recipient: rfc822;?????@?????.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0
Remote-MTA: dns; 204.14.104.85
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 552 sorry, mailbox ?????@?????.com is over quota temporarily (#5.1.1)

My client only has 2MB of used space in email and pretty much keeps his mail clean. So I don't know why DSPAM reported this. Could someone shed some light please?

Thanks
