Mailserver blacklisted on spamcop

An email I've sent hasn't been delivered because the mail server is blacklisted:

Connected to 24.173.122.6 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 501 5.7.1 <[email protected]>... Sender refused by the DNSBL bl.spamcop.net

Here:

seems that this mail server is used to send spam, since it has been listed 6 times in the latest 30 days.

Is there a way to be removed from the blacklist, and hopefully preventing these %$#% spammers from using our mail server?

We are using different Outgoing IP for mail server so you should not be having any problem in sending mails. If yes, then please update us through ticket.
