Major billing problems - Bogus Billing

All of the accounts under my account just got bills for bogus charges.

Like this one on a site that I finally opened a few days ago. No traffic on it for the month.

Monthly fee for Gold plan (4/25/04 - 5/25/04) $24.95
Monthly fee for extra 500 MB above free 500 MB of disk quota (4/25/04 - 5/25/04) $75.00
Monthly fee for extra 2GB above free 8GB of traffic (4/25/04 - 5/25/04) $2.00

There is only "Used 7.07 MB of 1000 MB limit (since Apr 25, 2004)" On that site now.

There is no way in hell there was that much bandwidth used on an inactive site.

Or this on another non used site:

Monthly fee for Basic plan (4/24/04 - 5/24/04) $9.95
Monthly fee for extra 5 MB above free 5 MB of mail quota for [email protected] (4/24/04 - 5/24/04) $2.50
Monthly fee for extra 1GB above free 3GB of traffic (4/24/04 - 5/24/04) $1.00
Monthly fee for extra 5 MB above free 5 MB of mail quota for [email protected] (4/24/04 - 5/24/04) $2.50

What is going on here?
 
Customer site was billed for this.

Monthly fee for extra 12GB above free 8GB of traffic (4/24/04 - 5/24/04)

My cp shows only 3.7 GB traffic for all time for that site and
240.11 Mb total disk usage.




 
sounds like a problem that should be emailed to billing directly, or opened with a ticket, not on the forum - unless you ain't getting a response?

I sent a ticket with no response even yet. I guess they don't accept them here or via e-mail anymore. 90% of the time if I get a response it is " It looks like it is working now" or they will ask me a question I answered in the original ticket.
 
Well I got a response. They found the only site in my account that didn't have a billing problem (at least as far as I know since i cannot log in and see it) and sent me this:

"[Apr 26, 2004 2:21:53 AM]"
"A: We checked ****** and did not find any problem"

This would be why I post here. Which is doing no good either.
 
Jimsau, the way you framed your question was wrong. What our support staff checked was purely for bogus entries as you were saying there were. There are no bogus entries, you have configured this plan wrong..
 
What you have most likely done here is allocated more disk space or bandwidth then the amount that comes free with the plan. As a result, your customer was charged regardless of what he used..

Please go through your plan configuration again and clarify anything you don't understand
