I open first a ticket, normally, but if the issue is very urgent (as now, mail4 issue) I try to resolve with Livechat, or when my ticket is not responsed in a aceptable time
 
the issue was being worked on at the time, sorry for the delays you had there but taking time at tha tmoment to answer you on mail4 would have delayed ranjan from replying, however one of the lower level techs should have replied to you via ticket. I will discuss this with them.
