Move MySQL 3.32 to 4.0.26

I'm tying to move a customer MySQL DB over to Jodohost. When I try to import the SQL export it gives me syntax errors.

The MySQL version on the other server is 3.32, Jodohost is 4...

Is it possible to do this?
 
Try using a tool like SQLyog to import, sometime it will give better errors or assist in moving between versions.
