Moving from another host

Hi,

I would to move from 49pence to Jodohost but I have a large-ish webwiz forums MSSQL database which I need to transfer as easily as possible. Is there a reliable ASP script which can do it or even a Win32 application? I'd obviously like the transfer to go as smoothly as possible. Can anyone help me? It's a shared MSSQL server and I don't have local access to it.

Apologies if this has already been answered in this forum but I was unable to find anything.
