If you have noticed your SQL database transaction log size growing to be pretty large you may want to consider some of the information in this KB from MS. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=873235
Also, depending on how important your data is and how much is changed throughout the day (between backups) you may want to consider changing the Recovery Model using Enterprise Manager. I set mine to "Simple" and I check the Auto-Shrink checkbox. This also makes it run faster, using less resources on the server. Please be sure you understand how the recovery model works before making any change like this.
