Could some one show me how to BACKUP MSSQL DB step by step by using jodohost's system?
It is fine to show the steps by using SQL script example.

you can take backup of your MS SQL Database by two ways :

I) If you are having a full verison of enterprises manager installed in your local machine, you can connect to your database using SQL server name and IP address and perform Database Backup.

OR

II) You can simply request (open a ticket in support with your account user name ) and our support team will provide you backup of the same.
