MSSQL DB restore step by step

Hi Abe,
I use these 3 steps.
1. Create the database and user login information in the cp.
2. upload the *.bak file above the webroot, in a new named folder.
3. submit a support ticket to have the db restored and inform them of the new db name and server, and location of the *.bak file, like /restore_database/*.bak.
