Am developing a web ap that uses a database.
I've heard that MySql is not the way to go if you anticipate many users/high access rate. Is this true? What are the limits/recomended number of max users for MySql.
SO, I've decided tentatively to go with MSSql. BUT I need to run this on a Windows Server, is that correct?
I prefer Linux hosting for my websites, but if I need to I can make that one Windows I guess. Would I still have HSPhere control panel?

PS. If I initially develop it in MySql, is it easy to later convert everything to MSSql, or not?
