At around 10:35 AM EDT I checked my site and it could no longer access my database. I used live chat and the problem was resolved in a few minutes. According to my database logs, the problem started sometime after 10:31 AM EDT as this was the last user login on my site.
The problem was resolved by restarting the MSSQL server service (this is what Yogendra told me).
