mssql1 problem

I've been trying to open a ticket regarding the following problem but your ticket system is not working.

I am having a problem with slow response times on mssql1. Is this a known problem? Also. I can not access the database information from within the CP. It "hangs" when trying to view the info. When I do see the info, the database usage shows as "not available."

Can you please help?
 
I have not seen any general slowness on MSSQL1, I will keep an eye on it today for any issue, right now I loaded your site up very quickly(and I know it uses MSSQL1, as I use it as a test case whenever I do maintenance) however we have not had any issue recently, and it seems to be OK right now. As for hsphere the service probably just needs a restart on the server side, I will do that shortly.
 
I have been monitoring MSSQL1 all day today, while it had a few largish CPU spikes during the day I believe I have gotten them resolved now.
