Is it possible to tell us the reason for the restart if you did it?

I'm just curious
 
Yes, there were some minor stability issues and RAM usage had hit 2GB thus a restart was required

we rarely restart our ms sql servers. A restart doesn't take longer than 15 to 30 seconds.
