Mssql13 Not Responding

Right now Mssql13 is Not Responding, we are checking it and update you again.
 
No power at first looked like power supply, but once inside I have found a capacitor that is blown near the power input that is causing the problem, working on a motherboard swap now, it is going to be probably 20-45 minutes best case, as will also need to re-assign networks.
 
Server is up on the bench here but needing some drivers for the new NICs as it seems they are a little different revision of the intel chipset than were in the other moboo.
 
Sorry for the delay what should be a simple process is making me unintall completely old driver, reboot computer, reinstall new, reboot, now finally I am getting somewhere and will soon be able to re-rack the server.
 
Oh yes, very sorry for lack of update, server has been up over 30 minutes now. Running well.
