My tickets are ignored again?

Atul, please change the your DNS record to reflect the new IP of win6. You have ported my website from win5 to win6 but keep the DNS the same thus I can only access the version on win5.

Please do it now as I have request many tickets, as well as trying to live chat w/t any response!
